Well... I’m kind of surprised how quickly this cleanser made a difference. My skin doesn’t feel as dry after using it, and it just feels more comfortable overall

I ordered from humanrace.com and, compared to some other sites I’ve used, the delivery was smooth. The tracking kicked in after about a day, and the box showed up within the window they originally gave me.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that it arrived a bit later in the day than I expected. Not a huge deal, though, especially compared with deliveries that get delayed for days. I’d order from them again.

I ordered a cleanser and gave it a few days, but it just wasn’t a good match for my skin (it happens). So I went ahead and started a return, which was simple to do on the site.

The return page itself was easy enough to follow, but the updates took longer than I expected. I kept checking my email because I wasn’t totally sure where things stood (which got a little annoying).

The refund did come through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the whole process had been a little faster and more clear along the way.

I tried a couple of products from humanrace, they were nice. The packaging looks clean and feels kind of premium, so right away it gives a good first impression. The products also felt fine on my skin, and since I didn’t have any irritation or problems, I was happy with that part.

The only thing is the price. Because it costs more than a lot of similar products, I expected it to feel a bit more special or give me better results. It’s not bad at all, but for full price, I’m not totally convinced. If there’s a sale, I’d consider buying again, but regular price feels a little high for me.

I ordered a couple things from humanrace.com and after about a week my skin feels so much more hydrated. It doesn’t leave that heavy greasy feeling either, which I really can’t stand. So far I’m happy with it tbh.

It feels smooth when you first put it on, but after a while it starts to feel a little heavy. It’s not terrible or anything, just not a texture I’d reach for again. Also, it’s kind of annoying how return policies always seem to have little loopholes for stuff like this, where you can’t really know how it wears until you’ve actually used it

As someone who’s sensitive to strong smells, I really liked this. It has a clean, fresh scent that smells great to me, but it’s not too strong or overwhelming at all

shipping was really fast. i was surprised it showed up that quickly.

I figured I’d probably have to look around or settle for something else, but everything I came in for was actually in stock. Super easy trip.

The prices seem fair for what you get. What more can you really ask for?? I’m happy with it.

I kept looking for clearer details or proof about the refills and packaging, but the info felt kind of vague to me. Overall, it’s a decent experience, just not quite amazing.
